  • Omit the author if not prominently indicated on the source
  • If the document type is included in the title, omit and include it within the parentheses unless it is an integral part of the title, eg Annual Report. In that case, use 'Report' for the document type.
  • Omit the document number element if it's not part of a numbered series
  • If there is no full date on the source, include as much as is provided, eg the year
  • URLs may be included in the initial citation in line with AGLC rules 4.4–4.5.

  • Pinpoint — add a pinpoint reference after the full date where appropriate.
  • URLs may be included in the initial citation in line with AGLC rules 4.4–4.5.
