The Australian Guide to Legal Citation ('AGLC') states to use this format for second reading speeches and other information contained in Hansard.

If the author is a parliamentary committee, use the Committee, Legislature as the author.

For bills digests, personal authors and titles are not included, and 'of year' is generally added after the document number.

URLs may be included in the initial citation in line with AGLC rules 4.4–4.5.
